NCJWC adopts the IHRA Working Definition of Antisemitism, which describes antisemitism as a perception of Jews that can manifest as hatred, including attacks on individuals, property, or Jewish institutions. The definition recognizes that antisemitism may also relate to discourse about Israel. It clarifies that disproportionate or discriminatory criticism may be considered antisemitic.
